1979-1981 – Attila József University of Szeged, M.A.degree
1991-1995 – Doctoral Fellowship from the Doctoral Council of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D. in ethnography. PhD dissertation: Sacred Communication: Anthropological Study of Folk Prayers.
